Hey! I am a fan of the qualities in the title. Combat isn't really essential, but I don't mind it. Based on the qualities above, I have really enjoyed games like:
- Jagged Alliance (1 & 2) / XCOM / etc...
- Civilization series
- other 4x games
- Sim City, Tropico, Cities Skylines, etc
- Darkest Dungeon
I am hopeful that you wonderful people can help me out. I already know I like 4x style games, I'm looking for other suggestions that contain the kinds of qualities that are listed in the title which I might not already be aware of.
