Really great hardware/software deal going on here. A regular 1TB ps4 slim runs you $300 new. This is 100 off and comes with a $60 game. But the best part? You don't have to fight crowds or have a red-robin wedding like the South Park episode for it either. Stores like Target and Sam's Club will be offering the bundle as well, but YMMV with their dates and online/physical availability.
Also It's a physical copy of the game (Confirmed Here). You could probably sell it for close to retail and get a new, clean 1tb ps4 for ~140 bucks.
