Hi everyone. We've posted before introducing our first game, Tabletop Gods, just after its launch into Early Access in January. So far, we've had a great response in terms of feedback on the game, with great reviews - 100% positive on Steam so far - and a small, but active and growing, community. Being a small indie developer and this being a multiplayer game at heart, we're really excited to grow the game's community further and give our current players a better chance at playing it against other, new, players.

So, we're back here today to try to make it even easier for players to get into the game with their friends. Being Valentine's day, we have decided to share the love and offer new players an additional FREE copy of Tabletop Gods when they purchase through Steam (see below on how to purchase and get a free copy). Please help support a small developer, purchase the game, and gift a copy to a friend! Just don't play it against your SO - this game is definitely going to get you swearing at each other!

Remember, Tabletop Gods works just as well both with and WITHOUT VR (some people prefer VR, some people prefer Desktop) - meaning you can play against your buddies even if they don't own a VR headset.

Buy One Get One Free Offer

In honor of Valentine's day, we are offering a special Buy One Get One Free offer throughout all of Feb 14 and Feb 15. To take advantage of this offer, all you have to do is purchase Tabletop Gods on Steam, save your provided e-receipt, and email it to us at [contact@tabletopgods.com](mailto:contact@tabletopgods.com). Anyone who does this will receive a free key for another copy of the game to give to a friend. After all, everything is better when you share it with friends! NOTE: We cannot guarantee they will remain your friends after you destroy them in Tabletop Gods.

We really hope you'll consider joining our growing community. If there's any questions you can ask them right here.

What the heck is Tabletop Gods?

For those that don't know what the game is, I'll give a very brief synopsis. The core gameplay is split into 2 main parts: "PREPARE FOR WAR" and "WAR". During "PREPARE FOR WAR", you have a fixed amount of Mana to spend to (secretly) place traps and defensive/offensive towers for the upcoming war phase. You can also make some changes to your roster during this phase - again, in secret. During the "WAR" phase, the game is similar to Clash Royale, where you spawn units and cast huge spells. The goal of the game is to destroy more of your opponent's strongholds than they do of yours. Games are played over three rounds and last about 15 minutes. I'm obviously biased, but the game is hectic and super fun, especially when played against a human opponent - see video below for evidence. What you'll also find, however, is a surprisingly (even to us) deep strategy game where the strategies are already evolving in our playerbase week by week.

Lastly, each week we've been running a meetup with the devs where we join up with the players in an arena and fight it out for this week's MVP title. Our current MVP "LAD" is in his second week of being MVP after dethroning "Malvix", who also held onto it for 2 weeks! We have a strong recent challenger in "LAVA" who is a real contender to take it this Thursday. It's been really fun to see people's strategies evolve over these weeks and see the depth of strategy the game is offering up. Each time we think someone has found an unbeatable strat, someone comes along to prove us wrong!
