While I was a fan of the first couple of Tomb Raider games - when I got them running in their full GLide glory, that is! - I'm not really one for platformers in general, and I lost interest in the series after a few releases.
So the 2013 reboot worked well for me, eschewing difficult pixel-precise jumps in favour of running and gunning, exploring and looting, and even a little bit of crafting and upgrading. It definitely ticked a lot of my boxes, some quite unexpectedly.
