I was at Target today picking up the other clearance games that were posted recently (Bayonetta 2 (14.98) and Rodea: The Sky Soldier (9.98)). While shopping, I came across a copy of TMNT for the the XB1 that was on clearance for $24.98. I jumped on to Brickseek.com and a decent amount of the Target locations had it on clearance as well (some locations still have it priced at full retail so check before you head out searching). I live in SoCal and also checked Washington State zip codes to see that it is in fact happening else where.
