This has been nearly impossible to find on sale since the game itself first released. Many of us have been waiting for this to go on sale, forever, it seems. I make no claim that COD WW2 is better or worse than any other game. The deal is easiest to get by making sure you are logged in with your Gold enabled account on your Xbox One, going to the game store and either searching for it, or going to the games on sale section.
